understand then do the action.now anything that was roxio/sonic has all gone and no more. What i did in the end is follow roxio knowledgebase 000266( this is the way to get rid of ALL roxio/sonic files).at first it looks a bit ott,and a bit deep because it goes into the regestry.take your time follow every step and read. and even if you go to uninstall there are various files hidden away in the hard drive that are corrupt,because the McAfee was on when you first installed it.

right let me try and explain.my roxio now works!!!!!!>.(it was going in the bin!) it seems after spending a great deal of time if you install roxio with McAfee on thats where it goes wrong.
